It appears so, though in retrospect it makes sense to some degree.


I can see rules preventing vulgar or obscene words, phrases, depictions, etc., racist references, and that kind of stuff on uniforms. But I would think the schools would have enough sense to monitor/censor this kind of stuff.....but maybe not.

And I guess they have prohibitions on advertising on uniforms, though I would think somewhere along the line this might be contested.
